The newest and fastest fireball signed Ferrari has already received over
1000 applications, double then the announced production . The
impressive LaFerrari cost no more, no less than 1.3 million euros
A descendant of Enzo, freshly launched at the Geneva Motor Show, is showing the fact that the price is not just a selection
criterion when it comes to the car passion . Although they announced
a production figure of 499 copies, after a result of serious
analysis and estimation,but it looks like the Italians were pleasantly
surprised: 1000 clients are interested in LaFerrari.
The exclusive model proposes a V12 engine capable of producing 800 horsepower.
Total engine torque is 700 Nm, in this case, and another 270 Nm in the electrical unit.
With these features, the most rapid and powerful in Ferrari history
accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds, while the Sprint
from 0 to 200 km/h is achieved in 7 seconds. To reach 300 km/h, the
car takes only 15 seconds. Top speed is 350 km/h.
"Guilty" by the design of the car is Flavio Manzoni, LaFerrari being one of the few models who doesn't have the signature of Pininfarina.
The sources of inspiration of designers were: Formula 1 (in the front) and Le mans cars of the 60s (the posterior part).
